Phase 1: May Street

Work began in June 2025:​

  • Realignment of May Street from Dalrymple to E.Lakeshore.

  • Excavation of new channel connecting City Parkand University Lakes

  • New 75’ bridge​

  • New greenspace, 14’ multi-use paths, lighting, etc.

Phase 1: Landscape

  • Clearing new, invasive plant growth from new shorelinefill areas​

  • Amending and adding planting soil to prepare forinstallation

  • Installation of native plant material to stabilize the shoreline, filter runoff, and create habitat
