University Lakes Restoration Project Open House This Week

BATON ROUGE, LA – The University Lakes Project team invites the public to an open house on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Baton Rouge Gallery, located at 1515 Dalrymple Drive.

Community members are encouraged to attend and learn more about the progress of the University Lakes Restoration Project – a transformative effort to improve water quality, reduce flood risk, restore natural habitats, and enhance public access to one of Baton Rouge’s most iconic landscapes.

Project team members will be on hand to share updates, answer questions, and provide insight into what’s next as the project moves toward completion.
